Embedded in the soft hills of Alta Maremma near Roccastrada in Tuscany, Agriturismo „Il Bacucco“ offers an oasis of rest and relaxation. The breathtaking panorama as far as Monte Amiata (in the distance approximately 50 kilometers linear, at 1738 meters the highest elevation in the area) offers a 180-degree view and balm for the soul. With the choice of three apartments we are ensuring exclusivity. In the private and safe atmosphere of our fenced-in property, our guests are able to enjoy the surrounding nature. We will happily spoil our guests, should you wish, with breakfast consisting perhaps of homemade bread, jam and cake, or any other breakfast to your taste. As an agricultural enterprise, we are producing our own olive oil, as well as fruits and vegetables. In addition we are raising sheep and horses, an especially welcome enjoyment for children. The strategically conveniant location of Agriturismo „Il Bacucco“ lets our guests reach many of the surrounding attractions. Starting at the Maremma Coast with the „Parco dell’Ucellina“ to the Etruscan excavations (i.e. Roselle, Vetulonia and Populonia) to the Pearls of Tuscany - Castiglione della Pescaia, Massa Marittima, the medieval towns Volterra and San Gimignano, Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Montalcino (the famous wine region of “Brunello di Montalcino”), Pienza and Montepulciano, just to mention a few.
